He has particular expertise in complex residential lending, from high-value property acquisitions and refinancing to large-scale renovation projects. Carlos works closely with clients and their wider professional teams to navigate the mortgage process from initial enquiry through to completion.

Carlos founded Boxmoor Advisory to provide a more personal and focused approach to high-value residential mortgage advice — combining the experience gained from a career in private banking with the flexibility to offer solutions from a wide range of mortgage providers.
